UPLOAD
Using our secure SFTP client portal organisations can upload any types of files for validation, including image (tiff, bitmap and pdf) files, word documents, emails & house file data. All files are converted to pdf and we run OCR against every document/file cutting cost on validation for word and emails and adding a third layer of OCR to the indexing and reviewing for image files.

INDEX
With over twenty years of Gift Aid experience in the sector and using our unique Gift Aid developed software, we offer a first-class indexing service. Our primary focus is to validate as many forms for you as we can find, we go through thousands of forms a week, identifying whether a declaration has the right Gift Aid statement, or has been date stamped, we make sure we capture the made date of the declaration and use markers to establish if the declaration is a one-off or a four-year declaration. Where declarations fail the validity test we will code why, everything from invalid declaration statements, to missing addresses, or contact details on the declaration not matching your house file. This information allows the charity to repair the invalid declaration thereby removing the risk of HMRC penalties.
